Maili works with Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365 and Office 365. You connect via secure OAuth — we never store your password.

No. Maili only writes drafts. You always have to approve and press Send. Drafts are saved as regular drafts in Gmail or Outlook so you can open them in your usual client.

All your data is stored in the EU at Supabase in Frankfurt. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with libsodium secretbox. Maili is GDPR-ready and uses EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EU/EEA.

No. Your emails are only used to deliver the service — labelling, drafting and knowledge-base search. Neither Anthropic nor OpenAI train models on your data.
